How long does it take?

Is the artwork hand-painted or AI?
AI. Specifically, Google's Gemini image model interprets your photo through a style-specific prompt we've tuned. Each portrait is one-of-a-kind, but no human paints it stroke-by-stroke. We say so plainly because we'd rather customers know what they're paying for than feel misled later. The print itself is a real, physical, museum-quality print — not just a digital file.
What photo should I send?
A clear, well-lit exterior shot of your home — ideally taken in daylight from the front. Avoid night shots and heavy shadows.
Do I have to pick just one style?
You pay once per portrait. You can of course order the same home in multiple styles — each is a separate portrait.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated by our print partner based on your address and the size you pick — you'll see the exact amount in your local currency at checkout, before you pay.
Do I see a proof before you print?
Yes. After checkout our AI renders your home in the style you picked and we email you a proof — usually within a minute. Nothing goes to print until you approve it. If the result isn't quite right, just reply to the email and we'll re-render it.
What happens to my photo after the order?
We keep your reference photo for 30 days after delivery so we can re-issue or reprint if anything goes wrong, then permanently delete it from our storage. Your order details (size, address, etc.) are retained as a normal business record.
